LC840 is a collective housing development located in San Miguel de Tucumán, consisting of three commercial premises and thirty-one housing units with two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio apartment typologies. This is the third building we have designed following BIM protocols, seeking to improve profitability through preconstruction work, in which we performed a virtual simulation of the building before its actual construction.
