The Honduras building has a privileged location, close to the historic center of the city and one of the most important parks in Northern Argentina. The project focused on creating pleasant spaces for daily life, combining functionality and comfort in the architectural design. The balconies on the façade integrate the units with their surroundings while they offer landscape views. However, they still protect the interior from direct solar radiation by the presence of sunshades. This project was a milestone for Itera as it was the first to be carried out entirely with BIM methodology, which improved coordination and reduced construction times.
